I'm addicted to Instant Tom Yam noodles especially when I have some fresh kangkung, shrimp and smooth white tofu to add to the yummy yummy yummy noooodles. Spicy-hot-soupy-sour bursting with flavour. And for some odd reason, I don't like real tom yam, only instant ones (cheapskate tastebuds)

It beats chocolate any day!
